The flowers can be waiting at the hotel before your person is. Here is how hotel delivery actually works in this town, from the florist who does it every day.
The rule nobody tells you: no room delivery
Las Vegas hotels do not let outside florists deliver to guest rooms. Not us, not anyone. Deliveries go to the hotel's butler services or designated delivery area, in the guest's name, and the hotel's own team brings them up or hands them over. Any florist promising to decorate the room is promising something the hotel controls, not them.
What to put on the order
The hotel's name, and the guest's name exactly as it is on the reservation. That name match is the whole game: it is how the hotel's team connects the delivery to the guest. Checking in later in the week? Order ahead and tell us the check-in date.
The detail that saves the surprise: a mobile number
Put the guest's mobile number on the order. Each property works through its own desk — bell desk, front desk, or guest services — and the reservation-name match gets the arrangement accepted. If the desk cannot hold it, that mobile number lets our driver coordinate a lobby or valet handoff with the guest directly, instead of the flowers riding back to the shop.
What about Lake Las Vegas? MonteLago Village is pedestrian-only, cobblestone lanes and no cars, so a Village delivery is a walk-in handoff coordinated by phone, while the Westin and the Hilton take desk handoffs the usual way. Locals still give directions by a landmark that is not even open: "turn at Casino MonteLago," closed since 2013.
Timing it for check-in
Order before the check-in day when you can, or by noon for same-day. We deliver to the hotel ahead of arrival, so the arrangement is processed and waiting when they check in.
What to send
An arrangement that travels well to a desk and looks right in a room; our hotel-ready arrangements are built for exactly this. Balloons deliver the same way and survive the handoff fine. And put the words on the card. The card is the part they keep.

What hotel delivery costs
Strip hotels: $50 product minimum and a $24.95 delivery fee. Other valley hotels: standard delivery, $29.95.
The surprise still works. It just happens at the front desk instead of the doorway, and a good hotel team makes a small ceremony of it. Call (702) 737-7077, tell us the hotel, and we will tell you how that property handles deliveries before you pay.
