Las Vegas Flower Delivery FAQs

Ordering and same-day delivery

(702) 737-7077
Can you get flowers delivered on the same day?

Yes. Order today, delivered today, anywhere in our delivery area. Every arrangement is hand-crafted by our own designers here in Las Vegas and hand-delivered by our own drivers, not handed to a courier or shipped in from out of state.

What time do I need to order by for same-day delivery?

Noon. Order by 12 p.m. Las Vegas time and your arrangement is designed and hand-delivered the same day. Noon is the cutoff for guaranteed same-day delivery, so if it is past 12, it is worth ordering for tomorrow or calling us at (702) 737-7077 to see what the day still allows.

How do I place an order?

Three ways: order online at tigerlily.com, call us at (702) 737-7077, or walk into either shop. Pickup is always free and usually the fastest option if you are nearby.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time, or a future date?

Future dates, yes: order ahead and pick the day. A specific clock time, no. Deliveries run between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the date you choose, and we do not promise a narrower window. If the timing is critical, a funeral service or an event start, call (702) 737-7077 and we will plan it with you directly.

I don't live in Las Vegas. Can I send flowers to someone there?

Happens every day. Order online or by phone from wherever you are, tell us who it is for and where they are in the valley, and we design and deliver it here, by hand, the same day if you want.

I live in Las Vegas. Can you send flowers to someone in another city or state?

Yes. Come into either shop or call us, and we can wire your order to a trusted local florist in their city who will design and deliver it there. It is a service we offer our local customers sending flowers out of town; it works the other way too, since everything on this page is about what we deliver ourselves, here in the valley.

Will I know when the flowers have been delivered?

Not automatically. We do not send automatic delivery confirmations, but if you need to know it arrived, call us at (702) 737-7077 and we will confirm it for you. We expect the recipient to answer the door upon arrival. If there is no answer, our driver will give them a call to let them know we are there with their delivery.

Delivery areas, fees, and hotels

Where do you deliver?

Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Summerlin, and Southern Highlands, plus Las Vegas hotels across the valley.

Where do you NOT deliver?

We do not deliver to Nellis Air Force Base (including Callahan Hospital on the base), Boulder City, Mt. Charleston, Kyle Canyon, Indian Springs, Jean, Primm, or Sandy Valley. If you are near the edge of our area, call (702) 737-7077 and we will tell you straight whether we can make it.

How much is delivery?

Standard local delivery is $29.95 per order, per address. Strip hotel deliveries carry a $50 product minimum and a $24.95 delivery fee.

Do you deliver to Las Vegas hotels? How does it work?

Yes, to Strip and off-Strip hotels. One thing to know: hotels do not permit florists to deliver to guest rooms. Our driver delivers your arrangement to the hotel's butler services or designated delivery area, in the guest's name, and the hotel's team brings it to them. Give us the hotel and the guest's name exactly as it is on the reservation, and order ahead so the flowers are at the hotel before they check in.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, to all hospitals across Las Vegas and Henderson. Deliveries go to the nurses' station or the hospital's designated front desk area, and the hospital's staff take them from there. We cannot deliver to a patient who is currently in surgery or otherwise unable to receive flowers.

Who actually delivers the flowers?

Our own drivers, in our own vehicles, from our own designers' benches. That is the difference between a local florist and the national order sites: they take the order and pass it to someone else. We make it and we bring it.

Cost and Designer's Choice

What does a flower arrangement cost?

Most of our arrangements run from about $75 to $150, with premium pieces above that. A dozen roses starts at $124.95. Every price on this site is the price, no service-fee surprise at checkout beyond the delivery fee.

Is $100 a lot for flowers? What does it buy here?

$100 is a real arrangement, not a token one. At that level a designer is choosing the best stems in the cooler that morning, and the bouquet fills a vase properly. Around $75 gets you a cheerful mixed arrangement; around $150 gets you premium flowers, more of them, and a bigger presence.

How much should 12 roses cost?

From a real florist, our dozen roses start at $124.95, arranged and hand-delivered. Supermarket roses cost less and are usually sold loose, unarranged, and days older. The honest comparison is arranged and delivered versus a bunch in plastic.

What is Designer's Choice?

You set the budget and the occasion, and the designer chooses the freshest, best-looking stems in the shop that day. It is how florists themselves would order, because it means your flowers are picked at their peak instead of matched to a photo. Designer's Choice starts at $100.

Why do flower prices go up around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?

Because the whole country orders the same stems in the same week, and growers and wholesalers price that demand in. We would rather say that plainly than shrink the arrangement and hope you do not notice.

Weddings and events

How far ahead should we book wedding flowers?

It depends on the size of the day. A small wedding, just a few bouquets and boutonnieres, can sometimes come together with as little as one day's notice. Larger weddings need at least three weeks, and booking two months ahead is ideal. For larger events we may ask for a 50% deposit to hold the date.

Do you offer a consultation?

Yes, and consultations are always complimentary. We will schedule a Zoom or in-person meeting with our lead wedding florist. Call (702) 737-7077 to book yours.

What do wedding flowers cost?

As a starting guide: bridal bouquets from $150, bridesmaid bouquets from $85, boutonnieres from $20. Your real number depends on flowers, season, and how much of the day we are dressing, and we will build the quote around your budget rather than the other way around.

Can you work from my Pinterest board or photos?

Please do. Pinterest boards welcome. Bring the photos, and we will tell you honestly what they take, what they cost, and where we would adjust for Vegas heat or season.

Do you deliver and set up at chapels and venues?

Yes. We deliver and set up at chapels and venues across Las Vegas and Henderson. Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee, and they are most often used for larger weddings and events.

Do you deliver corsages and boutonnieres?

No. Orders of only corsages, boutonnieres, or floral wraps are pickup only. Those pieces are particularly delicate, and they travel best in your hands, not in a delivery van.

Do you do corporate and convention flowers?

Yes: office arrangements, recurring deliveries, conventions, and events. Call (702) 737-7077 and tell us the dates and the space, and we will put a plan together.

Sympathy and funerals

How fast can you deliver flowers for a funeral?

Fast is normal in this work, and we treat service times as fixed appointments. We can accommodate next-day funeral arrangements; on that timeline, flower varieties and colors may vary with what is available, and we will always match the requested design as closely as we can with what we have on hand. Two weeks' notice is ideal when you have it. Call us as soon as you have the service details, and we will tell you exactly what we can have there and when.

Do you deliver to funeral homes and churches?

Yes, across Las Vegas and Henderson, and we coordinate the timing with the service. If you are ordering from out of town, we will handle the local details for you. Cemetery deliveries are the one exception: we prefer not to deliver directly to cemeteries, but we can when you give us very specific drop-off instructions. Call us and we will work it out.

What is appropriate to send?

For the service itself, standing sprays, casket sprays, and sympathy arrangements are traditional. For the family's home, a vase arrangement or a plant is the kinder choice, because it stays with them after the service. If you are unsure, call us. This is a conversation we have every day, and we will steer you gently.

What should the card say?

Short is fine. "With deepest sympathy," "Thinking of your family," or "She will be missed" are all enough. If you want, tell us about them in a sentence and we will help you word it.

Substitutions, freshness, and problems

What if a flower in my arrangement is unavailable?

We substitute it with a similar item of comparable style and appearance, so the design you ordered still arrives looking like the design you ordered. We do not typically notify customers about substitutions. The exception: if a specific item you requested is unavailable and we cannot find a suitable alternative, we will contact you.

What is your freshness guarantee?

We stand behind freshness. If an arrangement does not meet expectations for freshness, tell us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace it. Spring and seasonal flowers with a naturally short vase life are the one exclusion, and we will say so when you order them.

Are sales final?

Flower sales are final, and the freshness guarantee above is the remedy if something is wrong. If we made a mistake, call us and we will make it right. That is a promise we keep.

What happens if nobody is home when you deliver?

Our driver first tries to reach the recipient. If they are unavailable, we contact you, the billing customer, or any other phone numbers on the order. With your consent, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, weather permitting; in the summer months we generally do not leave flowers outside, because of the extreme heat. If we cannot reach anyone or complete the delivery safely, the arrangement comes back to the shop, and we allow one additional delivery attempt. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the arrangement can be picked up at either of our stores.

Balloons and hotel deliveries

Can you decorate a hotel room before we arrive?

No, and neither can any other outside florist: hotels do not permit us to deliver to guest rooms or set them up. We also do not offer room setup services. What we can do, and do every day, is deliver flowers and balloons to the hotel's butler services or delivery area in your guest's name, timed so they are waiting when they check in. The surprise still lands; it just starts at the front desk.

Do hotels allow outside decorations?

Most Las Vegas hotels accept flower and balloon deliveries to their delivery areas; a few have balloon or latex rules of their own. Tell us the hotel when you order, and we will flag anything we know about that property.

Flower care

How long do fresh flowers last?

Most arranged flowers look their best for about a week with basic care; some, like orchids, alstroemeria, and carnations, go well beyond that. Roses and lilies usually land in the five-to-seven-day range.

How do I keep flowers alive longer?

Fresh water every two days, a small stem trim when you change it, and keep the arrangement out of direct sun and away from heat vents. In a Las Vegas summer, a cool room away from the window does more than any flower food packet.

Which flowers handle desert heat best?

Orchids, anthurium, protea, tropicals, and succulents take the heat in stride. If the arrangement is going somewhere warm, an event, a patio, a car ride across town, tell us and we will steer the design toward the flowers that will not wilt on you.

What is the 3-5-8 rule in floristry?

A classic design guideline: an arrangement built around roughly 3 focal flowers, 5 stems of greenery, and 8 filler stems tends to look balanced and full. It is a starting point, not a law. Our designers use it the way chefs use a recipe, then adjust by eye.

Are you really the florist for the Raiders and the Golden Knights?

We are an official partner of both teams, and yes, we build arrangements and balloon setups in team colors for game days and watch parties.

Where are your shops, and when are you open?

Yes. Both shops keep fresh arrangements and loose stems ready to go. Walk in, tell us the occasion, and if nothing on the counter is quite it, a designer can build one while you wait in most cases.
