Sometimes a flower in your arrangement isn't available in the quality we'd send, so we substitute something similar in style, theme and color, at equal value. Substitutions are typically made without notice. If a particular flower or color is essential — a specific rose for an anniversary, white lilies for a service — tell us when you order and we'll confirm what we can do. Prefer no substitutions at all? Choose that option when you order, and if we have an availability issue we'll contact you to decide how to proceed.
Tiger Lily knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Can't thank them enough for bringing our vision to life, and making our outdoor venue as beautiful as we could imagine. Would give more than 5 stars if possible - incredibly grateful for their team, their quality. (Not to mention, all the other flowers we've got from Tiger Lily in the past have been tremendous as well - every occasion!)

The flowers are gorgeous. Upon pickup I thought the bouquet look amazing but the next day when I came to check up on them I noticed the flowers grew in size and were blooming which made it all the more special and beautiful.
