Birthdays, anniversaries, get-well, sympathy, new babies, and the milestone parties Sun City Aliante does well: plan a day ahead and the flowers arrive with the same care that earned Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts the Best of Las Vegas Best Florist honor. Sending to a clubhouse dinner, a golf outing at Aliante Golf Club, or a guest at Aliante Casino + Hotel? Order ahead and put the recipient's name and phone number on the order. If today matters more than the minimum, pickup is free at either shop, with no minimum at all.
Aliante roots
Aliante's parks came before most of its houses, by law. In May 2001 the Bureau of Land Management auctioned 1,900 acres of north-side desert as one piece, after Mayor Mike Montandon pushed for a single master plan over piecemeal lots. North Valley Enterprises won at $47.2 million, about $25,000 an acre, and the deal required 22 percent of the land to stay public. That set-aside is why Aliante has 428 acres of parks and open space, a 24-mile trail system, and a nature park with a lake and waterfall. The community opened on May 3, 2003, and in 2004 it was the sixth-best-selling master-planned community in the United States.

Why do locals call it Dinosaur Park?
Aliante Nature Discovery Park, on Nature Park Drive next to Aliante Library, is the community's 20-acre front yard: a man-made lake, a cascading waterfall, and a dinosaur-themed play area with a fossil-dig sandbox. Families use the picnic sites and the amphitheater for birthdays and photos, and the ducks and turtles in the lake do the rest. Locals shortened the name to Dinosaur Park, and it stuck.
Can you get flowers delivered to Aliante today?
Not same-day. Aliante is outside our standard delivery zones, so delivery here needs an order of $150 or more placed at least 24 hours ahead. If the flowers have to move today, order for pickup instead: pickup is free, with no minimum, at our Summerlin shop (2115 Festival Plaza Dr Suite 170) or our Henderson shop (10271 S Eastern Ave #113). What runs through the middle of Aliante Golf Club?
A rocky arroyo. The Gary Panks course, open since 2003, winds the arroyo through 14 of its 18 holes, past pear and purple locust trees that are rare on a desert course. VegasGolfer named it the Best New Course in Las Vegas when it opened. The clubhouse pavilion and the 3100 Grille look out over the course toward the Sheep Range foothills.
What sits next door to the park on Deer Springs Way?
Aliante Library, at 2400 W Deer Springs Way. It opened on May 24, 2006, the first new library built in North Las Vegas in more than 40 years, and its grounds blend into the park next door. Story times and school projects run out of the library all week, and the park takes over after: lake, waterfall, and room to run.

Where do you deliver in Aliante?
We deliver across Aliante, and the terms are plain: Aliante (ZIP 89084) sits outside our standard delivery zones, so Aliante orders need a $150 minimum and at least 24 hours' notice, and there is no same-day delivery to Aliante addresses. Nearby standard-zone neighborhoods play by the standard rules instead: Los Prados and Rancho Manor and the rest of our North Las Vegas standard zones (ZIP codes 89115, 89130, 89131, 89156, and 89165) get same-day delivery on orders placed by noon. We also deliver across the rest of our valley area: Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Summerlin, and Southern Highlands.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Aliante?
No. Aliante delivery is planned delivery: $150 or more, at least 24 hours ahead. Two faster routes exist. Pickup is free, with no minimum, at either shop: Summerlin, 2115 Festival Plaza Dr Suite 170 (Sun–Thu 9–6, Fri–Sat 8–9), and Henderson, 10271 S Eastern Ave #113 (Mon–Fri 8–5, Sat–Sun 8–4). How much does flower delivery in Aliante cost?
A flat $29.95 per order, per address, on top of the order itself. Aliante orders also carry the out-of-zone terms: a $150 minimum and at least 24 hours' notice. Everything on the order travels together for the one fee. Pickup at either shop is free and has no minimum.
Can you deliver to Sun City Aliante?
Yes, on the same Aliante terms: $150 or more, at least 24 hours ahead. Sun City Aliante is the 55-plus Del Webb community inside Aliante, built around the golf course and its clubhouse, and its clubhouse ballroom hosts birthdays, anniversaries, and club events through the year. If a gate or call box guards the street, put the gate code or the recipient's phone number in the order notes so our driver can get in.
Can you deliver flowers to a guest at Aliante Casino + Hotel?
Yes, planned ahead on the Aliante terms: $150 or more and at least 24 hours' notice. Put the guest's name on the order, exactly as it appears on the reservation. Hotels do not let florists deliver to rooms, so our driver hands the arrangement to the hotel's butler services or designated delivery area in the guest's name, and hotel staff take it from there. Events at the property work the same way: order ahead and name the event and the host on the order.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver expects someone to answer the door. If nobody does, the driver calls the recipient first, then calls you. With the recipient's okay, we can leave the arrangement in a safe spot, weather permitting; in the summer heat we generally will not leave flowers outside. If we cannot reach anyone or leave it safely, the arrangement comes back with the driver, we make one more delivery attempt, and after that it can be picked up at either shop.
