A baby changes the delivery calculus.
Sending flowers to the hospital
Compact arrangements, nothing tall near the bassinet, skip the lilies if the room is small (the scent fills it) and skip latex balloons entirely; many hospitals restrict them. Send within the first day or wait for home, since stays are short.
Sending today? Shop new baby flowers, and order by noon for same-day delivery.
What if the baby is at Summerlin Hospital or Henderson Hospital?
Most west-side babies arrive at The BirthPlace, Summerlin Hospital's maternity unit, on the same campus as The Children's Medical Center. In Henderson, babies arrive at Henderson Hospital's Birthplace: the hospital opened in 2016, and its Level III NICU, certified in 2020, is one reason some units are careful about what comes through the door. Henderson's original hospital story runs older: the St. Rose Rose de Lima campus, bought by seven Dominican Sisters for $1 a year in 1947, has seen more than 100,000 babies born since.
Sending flowers to the home
Bigger is welcome, and add food. New parents are the one audience who will always choose the gift basket with the flowers on top.
Colors, cards, and the name-spelling rule
Soft pastels are tradition, brights are the photos. If you don't know the baby's name spelling yet, get it before the card is written, from the family group chat, not from memory. Order by noon and we deliver the same day, hospital or home, across Las Vegas and Henderson.
Hospital or home, order by noon and it arrives today: (702) 737-7077.
