Delivery Policy

Flower Delivery Policy

Timed Deliveries:

Requests for delivery before a specific time or after a specific time cannot always be accommodated. We will contact you during regular business hours and let you know whether or not we can accommodate your request and if an additional fee will be required.

A delivery fee based on the delivery zip code will be added to each order, for each address.

"Las Vegas Blvd" or "Strip Hotel" deliveries: A minimum 50.00 for product plus a $24.95 delivery fee is required. We will contact you if your order does not meet this requirement.

We must have the guest name as they are registered and a cell number is helpful. If they are an employee, we need the department, shift hours and their cell number.

We are not allowed to guest rooms, the bell desk takes responsibility for the flowers. If a guest does not answer their message or leaves the "Do Not Disturb" sign up constantly, there is a chance they will not receive their gift.

Each hotel has specific policies and we are held to their policies. For special request we suggest you contact the hotel concierge directly and we will work with you as best we can.

What if they are not home or it is in a gated community?

If the recipient is not home, or lives in a gated community we will do our best to contact them based on the information you have provided. That is why it is crucial that we have correct home and/or cell numbers for the recipient. Due to our extreme climate it is rarely possible to leave flowers "on the porch."

If no one is home, we try to leave them with a willing neighbor or we leave messages or a door tag, so we can make arrangements for re-delivery. Repeated attempts may require additional delivery fees. It is a standard industry practice to leave flowers with a responsible party if the intended recipient is not readily available.

ICU?

If a patient is in an ICU or CCU room. The hospital policy is generally "no flowers", some will allow mylar balloons or plush animals. Sometimes they allow flowers to be delivered to the nurses station for the family to take home. We do not suggest this as the nurses are focused on very ill patient care and do not need another responsibility. We contact the hospital repeatedly each day to check patient room status and if they are moved to a standard room, we schedule it for the next possible delivery run. We will keep you informed of the status of your order.

U.S. Orders

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery.

Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Holiday weeks exempt. Our delivery routes vary each day, depending on the number of deliveries in each zip code. Your gift will be delivered between the hours of 09:00 am and 6:00 pm (5:00 pm for business addresses). Special requests for specific times cannot always be accommodated.

We are unable to make deliveries on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

International Orders

Please call our shop directly during regular business hours for international orders (except for Canada). We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
