Freshness Guarantee

We back all of the selections on this web site with a freshness guarantee. If, for any reason, the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness within 48 hours of receiving, we will pick up original arrangement and replace it with a new arrangement of similar value. (Spring and seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase life, are excluded.)

Our replacement policy is strictly enforced within 48 hours of products being received. If calling to request a replacement after the 48 hours, management reserve the right to deny the request. We will however provide a replacement for a portion of the cost.

 

ALL ITEMS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FINAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. STORE CREDIT MAY BE REQUESTED FOR FUTURE USE IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE WITH FRESH PRODUCTS AT TIME OF REPLACEMENT REQUEST.
